These terms govern the Tu Propio Patrón service. By signing up and starting your trial, you agree to them.

The service

We build your professional website at no build cost. The service is a subscription: $99 USD per month, flat fee. It includes hosting, SSL, a domain, reasonable changes via WhatsApp, and a monthly visits-and-calls report.

7-day free trial

A valid card is required at signup. Your first 7 days are free. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the first $99 charge occurs automatically, and monthly thereafter on the same date.

Flat price

Your $99/month rate does not increase while your subscription remains active. There are no setup fees, no mandatory “extras”, and no term contracts.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from the link in your Stripe receipt or by messaging us on WhatsApp. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing. Cancel later and your service remains active through the end of the paid period. Completed charges are non-refundable except for billing errors.

Your domain

Your site’s domain (e.g., yourbusiness.com) belongs to you. While your subscription is active, we manage it and pay its renewal. If you cancel, you may request its transfer at no cost and we will help you complete it.

Your site’s content

You authorize us to create your site’s content (copy, structure, and professional photography from our library) based on the information you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your business information (name, licensing, services, contact details).

Changes and support

We accept reasonable change requests via WhatsApp (e.g., phone number, services, areas, copy). We reserve the right to limit excessive requests or requests outside the normal scope of the service.

Availability and liability

We work to keep your site available at all times, but the service is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee specific business results. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid in the prior 3 months.

Assignment

We may assign this agreement in connection with a sale or reorganization of our business; your terms (including your rate) are preserved.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
